1. Instant quotes & pricing

Prices shown by our online quote tool are an estimate based on the details you provide (finish, wheel size, quantity and condition). They are valid for 7 days from the date given. The final price is confirmed once we inspect your wheels in person. Cracks, buckles, severe corrosion, seized fixings or other hidden damage may change the price, and we will always agree any change with you before starting work.

2. Booking & deposits

Bookings and orders made online are requests — no payment is taken on the website. We contact you by phone to confirm the details and take a £50 deposit that secures your slot (or you can call us on 01257 818456). The deposit is deducted from the final balance, which is payable on completion before collection unless a trade account is in place.

3. Cancellations & changes

Please give us as much notice as possible to change or cancel a booking. Deposits for cancellations made at short notice, or for bespoke/colour-change work already started, may be non-refundable. Statutory cancellation rights for online bookings are not affected.

4. Workmanship & guarantee

Our workmanship guarantee applies to full powder-coated refurbishments only, which are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 12 months from completion, subject to fair wear and tear, kerb/impact damage, corrosion from road salt, and correct care.

Diamond-cut finishes are not covered by any warranty. By their nature the machined face is lacquered and remains susceptible to future kerb damage and corrosion; this is a characteristic of the finish, not a defect.

5. Your vehicle & wheels

Please remove valuables and locking wheel-nut keys as required. We take care of your property but are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults disclosed on inspection. Tyres, TPMS sensors and fixings that are perished or seized may need replacing at additional, pre-agreed cost.

6. Tyres

Tyre prices, stock and fitment shown online are supplied live by our tyre partners and can change. A tyre request placed online is not a confirmed order — we call you to check stock and take payment before fitting. If a tyre becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative or take no payment.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.

8. Your data & contact consent

When you request a quote or booking we collect your name, phone, email and job details to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and carry out the work. By ticking the consent box you agree we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email. We do not sell your data.
